This video introduces the business strategy of the IKEA's new fiscal year 2021. It was a first attempt to focus on remote media in response to the pandemic. Each section featured the respective manager introducing the new business strategies.
Preliminary tasks such as preparing scripts in line with the IKEA tone of voice and selecting filming locations were taken. After filming and editing, I was also responsible for promoting the video to encourage active participation from employees and contributed to event planning.
I planned each topic to have a runtime of 40-60 seconds, delivering content in a concise and focused manner. Detailed information from the presentation was made available on the internal bulletin board and online, encouraging voluntary participation through an SNS verification event. The event offered IKEA eco-bags and merchandise, and we utilized empty spaces in the store to set up the event area.
